Our Botley Nursery are excited to offer a Level 5 Early Years Apprenticeship for an ambitious, experienced practitioner looking to grow into a leadership role.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years’ experience in an Early Years setting
✔️ Level 2 in Maths & English
✔️ Passion for leadership and professional development
🔹 The role:
🌈Based at our Botley Nursery, SO32 2DR
🕒 40 hours per week
📍 4 days working in the setting
📚 1 day off-the-job training
🔹Salary: £27,560.00 - £28,828.80 per annum (40 hours Mon-Fri 52 weeks a year)
Botley staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
